Qualification before assignment
The alumni community is a powerful supply channel—not a substitute for technical and professional vetting. Alumni status alone never qualifies someone to practice as an expert. Access, role, scope, and supervision depend on independently checked capabilities and risk.
Candidate
Learning pathway; not assigned customer delivery.
Associate
Bounded tasks under close supervision.
Practitioner
Authorized contributor on scoped projects.
Specialist
Lead or deep domain contributor for approved work.
Principal reviewer
Independent technical review and escalation authority.
Training purchases must never be required to gain access to compensated assignments. Applicants may meet the same standard through independent experience.
Practitioner pathway
- 01Discover opportunities
- 02Create a verified profile
- 03Qualify through assessment
- 04Review funded assignments
- 05Accept and execute authorized work
- 06Submit for review
- 07Receive feedback
- 08Opt in to a Performance Receipt
- 09Advance based on demonstrated results
What you can expect
- • Published selection standards and fair engagement terms.
- • Clear eligibility, estimated scope, compensation terms, access/security conditions, reviewer, and deadline before you accept.
- • Paid productive commercial work under a lawful structure—not unpaid customer output gamified as “experience.”
- • Optional, consent-based Performance Receipts that state what was verified—including limitations.
What we will not claim
- • Guaranteed hire, guaranteed assignment volume, or sponsorship.
- • That a course-completion email alone is credential verification.
- • That a Performance Receipt is independent third-party accreditation or compliance certification.
